Purchasing Agent/Accounting Support

project coordinator, team members, vendors, as well as
accounting manager to provide detailed support on inventory
using QuickBooks. Responsibilities include all facets of
purchasing from verifying product availability, budgeting, and
buying of materials to complete each project. Candidate will be
also responsible for working with accounting manager to insure
proper planning and coordination to execution of work to meet
month end deadlines. A Purchasing Agent/Accounting Support is
capable of delivering on multiple projects of all sizes while
working with multiple members of the team. |

organized, excellent verbal and writing skills required.
