Coolburn System

Chroma is the industry's leading supplier of automatic power supply test systems for production, engineering and quality verifications of power supplies. User's may choose from a library of pre-written tests or create their own. Software includes powerful report, statistics and management functions. Systems are factory configured to match customer's test requirements from a large selection of available test instruments, with many thousands currently in use in production and engineering characterization testing. Chroma’s Coolburn systems use state-of-the-art techniques to convert the DC/DC converter's output power, thereby reducing utility costs and wasted heat by 75% typically.  The Coolburn systems provide the best solution for high demanding DC/DC converters burn-in requirements at comparative lower operational costs.

  • State-of-the-art automatic test systems for production or design verification of power supplies and related devices
  • Custom configured to meet almost any set of tests
  • Powerpro Test Software is an easy to use, library oriented software package which include all standard power supply tests, wide range of report formats & options and built-in statistic process capability.
