Chroma offers a wide range of support service programs and contracts to meet your needs.  With our support programs, customers can obtain ongoing telephone, remote diagnostics, calibration, and similar services as needed or during their budget planning cycles.  In addition, customers with existing support contracts receive priority scheduling and service. 

Chroma’s Support Contract Services allow customers to extend product warranties so that warranty support is provided on an uninterrupted basis even after the initial 12 month factory warranty expires.  Warranty period timing can slip-away and then, when it is really needed, becomes unavailable,  thereby resulting in a rush to secure ad-hoc funding in order to obtain quick service for a critical problem - usually in situations that are time sensitive.
