Repair Services

Chroma's service department offers both warranty and non-warranty repair as well as calibration on all of its instruments. All repairs and calibrations are performed in our Lake Forest, CA facility. Please call for any repair needs you may have.

 
Support

Chroma offers a wide range of support service programs and contracts to meet your needs. With our support programs, you can obtain ongoing telephone, remote diagnostics, calibration, and similar services as needed or during budget planning cycles. In addition, customers with existing support contracts receive priority scheduling and service.

Chroma's Support Contract Services allow you to extend product warranties so that warranty support is provided on an uninterrupted basis even after the initial 12 month factory warranty expires. Warranty periods can slip-away and then, when really needed, becomes unavailable. Warranty extensions eliminate the time and hassle of securing ad-hoc funding in order to service a critical problem when time is sensitive.

Drivers and Manuals

Calibration and RMA
Chroma’s calibration and RMA services help you to extend the useful life of your test systems or instruments by keeping them well maintained and serviced. Chroma provides ECO and firmware updates automatically.
   

Software Development
Software development and testing services, you can take advantage of Chroma’s engineering expertise and fully setup lab facilities to get that special software application need developed quickly, or to get specialized products tested and evaluated quickly and with minimum cost.
