Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC Loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, LED Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine and Regulatory Testing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean/process/submit purchase orders for net terms, shipping information
- Input leads, contacts, and details into our Sage CRM database
- Clean up duplication’s in the CRM database
- Schedule tasks/activities for sales team
- Assist Sales Manager and team
- Travel and Hotel arrangements for Sales Team
- Other general office duties as assigned
- Log monthly Regional Sales Manager trip reports and ATE opportunities
- Track shipping of orders for customers
- Order and manage brochures & spec sheets & application notes
- Create email content and templates to support tradeshow and newsletter promotions
- Minimum of 2 years office/clerical experience required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and basic computer skills
- Strong written communications skills
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be dependable, working hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 AM
- Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner.
- Prior Sales environment preferred
- Sage CRM experience a plus
This is a non-supervisory position.
General office skills and dexterity are required.
